1. Order Processing Time
Because many of our products are handmade, orders usually require 1-3 business days for production, inspection, and packing after the order is confirmed.
Orders will be shipped after processing is completed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery times are:
- Orders delivered to the United States: 7-15 business days;
- Orders delivered to other countries or regions: 10-20 business days.
These delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for eligible orders.
If free shipping is shown on the product page or at checkout, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will include it in the confirmation.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update.
5. Handmade Product Notice
Because many of our products are handmade, each item may have slight variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, or size.
These small variations are not considered defects. They are part of the unique character and natural beauty of handmade products.
6. Cross-Border Delivery, Taxes, and Customs
Depending on the delivery destination, shipments may be subject to local customs procedures, import duties, taxes, VAT, or other local charges.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges required by the destination country or region are generally the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause delivery delays, and we cannot guarantee a specific customs clearance time.
7. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order, including your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code, country/region, and phone number where applicable.
We may not be responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team.
We will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and resolving the issue. For items damaged during shipping, please keep the product, packaging, and shipping label, and provide photos so we can review the issue.
9. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped separately due to different production times, inventory availability, or shipping arrangements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, we will provide shipping information whenever possible.
